Processing Your Order
At FAIYDA.COM, we strive is to ship our products in a quick, safe and inexpensive manner to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time-frame. We will notify you via email when your product is dispatched and provide you with the tracking details. You can also track your shipment on our website and of the logistic partner website.
We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders.
Products from each vendor will be packed and dispatched individually. Hence, delivery of different product may take different times.
We do not ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.
Orders are typically delivered within 7-10 business days, subject to availability. Handmade products will take 10-15 business days. Rural and remote areas may take longer. This delivery time-frame is subject to changes in circumstances.
Sometimes delays might occur due to flight delays or other unavoidable circumstances. However, we always try our level best to ensure delivery within the number of days as informed in our post-order communication to you.
Our authorized courier company will attempt delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order. Please get back to us by email if the courier is not delivered to you in the specified time.

Refunds:
100% refund only for damaged and un-opened bottles/containers.
B. For Non-Perishable Items
Refund Policy
Refunds will be done in the following cases:
• Package lost in transit.
• In case FAIYDA.COM discovers any wrong pricing in its online catalogue and the price charged to you is higher than the actual price.
No refunds will be given in the following cases:
• Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
• Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
• After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
• Package refused by recipient.
• Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

A. For Perishable Items
Return Policy:
In order to return any perishable products sold through the website, you are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions:
1. Products to be returned should be unused.
2. Please notify FAIYDA.COM of receipt of product within 48 hours of receipt of courier/goods. Please share photographic evidence damaged bottles/containers.
3. Defective goods should be returned to us within 7 days of delivery. We will refund the product amount or we may replace the product.
4. FAIYDA.COM shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
5. Products should be returned intact, appropriately packaged along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
6. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit.
B. For Non-Perishable Items
Return Policy:
Before you return a FAIYDA.COM product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. Most of our products are handcrafted, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. Most of the processes are manual; hence the irregularities which may occur are characteristic of the process and not counted as a defect. Read item descriptions carefully and note sizes of products. Colours, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate to whats seen on the website.
Let’s not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect. Handmade by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
Exchange Policy
Our shipments are carefully inspected before dispatch, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please note that exchange will be done in the following cases:
• Genuine quality issues.
• In case FAIYDA.COM discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
No exchange will be given in the following cases:
In case of minor design and color variations. With hand-made products there will always be some variation between products.

Note:
Exchange and Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit. No refund or exchange will be honoured if there is a mismatch between the item dispatched and the item received by us. Replacement or refund will be executed post 15 days of upon receiving the rejected or damaged products by the respective vendor and the same being approved by the respective vendor as a valid case for the same.
Sale Items – Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
